Content Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and executing content strategies across multiple platforms. This role will work directly under the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment. From engaging blog articles and compelling emails to high-impact video content, customer testimonials, and even TV and radio ads—this position owns our brand’s voice and presence.

Success Statements

• Content Strategy is Executed EffectivelyDevelops and implements a comprehensive content plan. Ensures consistency in brand voice and messaging. Aligns content strategy with company goals.
• Engaging & High-Quality Content is Created Across Platforms Writes, edits, and produces high-quality content for blogs, emails, website, and social media. Shoots, edits, and manages video content, including customer testimonials, property showcases, and promotional videos. Develops TV and radio ad scripts that captivate and convert.
• Social Media & Email Marketing Drive Engagement. Plans and posts engaging content to grow online presence and build community. Crafts compelling email campaigns to nurture leads and engage past clients.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different mediums.
• Experience in video production, from shooting to editing.
• Familiarity with creative direction and brand storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and web.
• Comfortable being on camera and directing others.
• The ability to extract information from sellers to help develop our brand voice.
• A passion for real estate or the home-buying industry is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $45k - $60k
• Performance-based bonuses.
• 401K with company match.
