I had moved to another state. I had Family members in my home but when I told them I needed to sell the home and gave them two months notice they quit helping with the mortgage and wouldn’t leave. After four months of not being able to pay the mortgage and on the brink of a preforeclosure, Lee from ProSource was able to purchase the home.
I was offered a fair price and they paid the closing cost. If I had sold my house through a realtor after their cost and the closing cost I would have been at the price pro source offered me. Except it may have been months before the house sold rather than a little over a month. I am so thankful that they were able to buy my house

Since my husband and I retired several years ago, we have planned to move to middle TN to be closer t family. We spent many weekends traveling the state for a farmhouse or rural setting in the right location. Some health issues forced us to modify those plans. We found a few acres and a builder and started the adventure we had not wanted....building another house. Packing and selling our existing home of 25 years'and traveling to build the new place 4 hours away, was too much. I got information in the mail from Pro Source/Patrick Martin with interest in purchasing our home. We talked back and forth for months and we were able to accept a selling price that worked for us. No showing or repair or cleaning. Closing was all of 15 minutes. Would we have preferred a higher selling price, sure. But we were in a set of circumstances that allowed this to work for us. Might be an option for you to check out. We are in our new home with a porch on the front and back. We can sit out and drink coffee and be in the shade by picking a porch. Check with Patrick. He was personable, professional, and flexable to help our transistinon go smoothly.
