
Transaction Coordinator
Job Description
Job Summary:
Pro Source Home Buyers is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to focus on handling the administrative tasks that accompany a real estate closing transaction. The Transaction Coordinator helps to keep agents organized and ensure the closing process goes smoothly between all parties involved, mainly the seller, title company and financing organization. This is an hourly full time position. Remote work is available.
Role Success Statements:
- The Transaction Coordinator has taken every step possible to get a transaction to a point of clear title
- All information is up to date and accurate in Salesforce
- Buyer and seller closing dates and addendums matched on all deals and kept within contract dates.
- Weekly updates are provided to the team with actionable items documented for all transactions
- All transactions are closed out and filed according to the checklist
- KPIs/Metrics are on target
Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks that accompany the real estate closing transaction
- Work through list of properties daily to ensure all necessary transaction tasks are completed
- Actively working through all communication methods to respond to seller questions in regards to closing activities
- Gathering necessary information and documents to complete all closing tasks
- Ensuring all documents are submitted in a timely manner
- Conduct open communication with all title companies
- Conduct open communication with financial institutions
- Assist with scheduling closing appointments
- Assist with planning inspections and coordinating with sellers for property access
- Monitoring the contingency periods for contractual compliance
- Keep project notes updated to stay organized to works tasks that carry over day to day to eventually lead to closing
- Keep the team up to date on the status of the transactions
- Coordinate and attend real estate closings

- You are proficient with numbers to verify HUD’s with the numbers involved in the closings to confirm accuracy

- Prior real estate transaction experience in transaction coordination, titles, and mortgage preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
